Subject: Mark Rudd is Alive and Well!

Gerry:

Mark Rudd did NOT blow himself up, and is alive and well, teaching in New Mexico.
A story in today's New York Times mentioned that Mark Rudd is now teaching mathematics
at Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute, a community college. I just ran that through
Yahoo, and -- sure enough -- found numerous articles, some of the links below, with great
"before and after" pictures of Rudd. The articles were prompted by the recent interest
-- about which I previously e-mailed you -- instigated by a new documentary film. BTW,
today's Times article also discusses the bombing you had in mind, but Rudd was not involved,
although three other Weathermen did die in the accidental blast.

Hi Steve: I used to be K2LYS. I think I got the novice license in 1958. Vacuum tubes.

I never kept up with it, though, and wasn't a very good ham.

Hope you see the Weather Underground movie.

Best,

Mark
