Dan's Wide World of Stuff!

The Video Games Page

I've been playing video games since Breakout was a coin-op, and haven't lost my love for them. This is my little salute to some of the classics of the arcades, home systems, and PC games.

We're still adding stuff here. Tell us what to add,and we'll do it!

Other Stuff

NJ-area residents. For those who can remember the days when Pac-Man was a newly-released arcade game (like me), and wish they could play games from that era again, you MUST check out the Arcade Game Museum in the Big Top Arcade on the boardwalk in Wildwood, NJ. For a $5 admission fee, you can enter the Museum and play such classics as Tron, Crazy Climber, Donkey Kong, Make Trax, Defender, Stargate, Frogger, Scramble, Zaxxon (I,II), Berzerk, Space Fury, Asteroids, Space Invaders, among many others, and MANY classic Pinball and mechanical coin-ops. (Looking to contact the arcade for more info. Stay tuned.)

Also, here in my home town of Seaside Hts. NJ, the Carousel Arcade on the Boardwalk has dedicated a wing to classic gamers with a dozen coin-ops all in great shape. Check it out if you're in the area.

Still updating this page with more info, should be available soon. Please mail us if you have any info you'd like to see here, or if you have any comments.
