The 225th Anniversary, December 29, 2001

I attended the reenactment of the battles of Trenton, NJ and
took some snapshots. Heavy photoprocessing gave some interesting
looking results. For your viewing pleasure, here is my take on the
day. The image sizes are all over the map, but that's what worked!

The Continental Army marches in.**
On horseback
And marching in line***
To the beat of the drums*
In they came**
Stout defenders**
Anticipating battle*
More squads came***
Each thinking their own thoughts
Proud of their cause
Tired from the march**
The town is protected by British troops**
They are in command
And Hessians*
On Broad Street*
And in the town*
The lines are drawn*
The guns are loaded
Each man prepares
Cannon are placed in position**
And the battle begins
As the soldiers prepare for another volley
A taste of war*
